Positive: wunderbare moderne Einrichtung, alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und unkomplizierte an und abreise Negative: das einzige Fenster liegt zur Straße hin, wo die ganze Nacht die Straßenbahn fährt, das führt zu einer starken Lärmbelästigung wenn man nachts lüftet

Good value for money, feeling of space. Positive: Door entry system easy to use, overall space and additional toilet from main bathroom. Convenient supermarket and tram stop. Negative: Hot building difficult to cool mezzanine bedroom, separate bedroom fine.
